Compostable Tableware Production Process
From sugarcane bagasse harvesting to bulk export — a transparent look at how premium biodegradable disposable plates are produced and supplied by BellaServe, India's certified compostable tableware exporter.
Sugarcane Harvesting
Sugarcane is harvested from local farms. After juice extraction at sugar mills, the fibrous residue — bagasse — is gathered as the primary raw material.

Pulping & Cleaning
The raw bagasse is thoroughly cleaned, washed, and processed into a fine pulp using water-based methods. No harmful chemicals are utilised.
Moulding & Pressing
The bagasse pulp is poured into precision moulds and hot-pressed at high temperature and pressure to form sturdy plates, bowls, and trays.
Drying & Edge Cutting
Products are dried in temperature-controlled chambers and then edge-trimmed for a clean, uniform finish before proceeding to quality inspection.

Quality Inspection
Each batch undergoes rigorous quality assessments — dimensional accuracy, strength testing, food safety compliance, and visual examination.

Packaging
Finished products are counted, stacked, shrink-wrapped, and packed in export-grade cartons. Custom branding and labelling are applied as needed.
